Chamber U The Meat Block
Owners, Phil and Vicki Schmidt, will discuss with you how they got started in the business and the growth they’ve experienced. You will learn about the meat they offer, the high quality of the meat, and why you can’t purchase it just anywhere. Using their own recipes, they smoke all their sausage on site in their smokehouse.
You will also learn about Chef Jesse and the amazing homemade recipes he makes and the specialty food items they carry from local area businesses. They also have wines, seasonings, rubs, injections, grills, smokers, cooking pellets, cooking woods, and outdoor furniture.
With fall here, learn about deer processing, Thanksgiving products, and Christmas gift items.
