This Self Defense course teaches individual
skills, mindset, and confidence for any situation.
                                                   
                 OBJECTIVES OF THE CLASS
(1) Identify potential threats.
(2) Learn techniques to make yourself
      safer in today's unpredictable world.
(3) Discuss methods to be mentally prepared,
      handle high stress and be proactive in threatening scenarios.
                    No prior experience is needed.


             
 This is a fun, easy paced class where your safety
is our priority during and after the course.
Cost: $55 credit card or $50 cash or check per person
